ZYTEK CHALLENGE
-
Find a
paraffin dispersant and inhibitor that is
environmentally safe and user friendly.
-
Find one that
works at 175 ppm.
-
That will
inhibit and disperse 91%
of paraffin depositions or restrictions in all
phases of oil production, as long as our consultation and
recommendations are followed.
-
Is as cost
effective and easy to apply.
We would like
to challenge anyone in the oil industry, with a
paraffin problem, to try ZYTEK
on a NO FIX NO PAY
BASIS. We have so much faith in our
product we will consult with you and decide what
type of treatment you need and how much chemical
will be required based on your
* run ticket,
* flow charts or
* other information you
provide. At that time we will present you with an
invoice for one days consultation fee, daily per
diem, and cost of chemical. We will agree with you on
a definition of your problems and our goals. We will
then treat your problem. After treatment we will
require run tickets, flow charts, or other
information needed at that time to show that we
have met our goals. That’s when you pay our invoice. The
proof will be undeniable.

INFORMATION NEEDED
-
FOR TANK
APPLICATION – We will require a run ticket showing
the API gravity of crude oil, amount of BS&W
suspended in crude oil, as well as the amount of
BS&W standing in the bottom of the tank, also size
of tank and amount of crude in tank. Since
circulation of crude and chemical is necessary,
adequate methods of agitation will be required. (ZYTEK
IS A MOTION ACTIVATED CHEMICAL THEREFORE AGITATION IS
NECESSARY).
-
FOR DOWN
HOLE – We will need to know the API gravity of
your crude, depth of the well, size of casing,
tubing, and sucker rods. We will need to know how
much crude and water is being produced in a 24
hour period and how much crude you want treated in
the formation. (Well will need to be recirculated
for 72 hours to allow ZYTEK to wash the well bore,
casing, perforations, tubing, and sucker rods clean,
therefore creating better production).
-
FOR FLOW
LINES / PRODUCTION LINES - We will need to know API
gravity of all crude oil being passed through the
flow line being treated, size of the flow line (O.D.
& I.D.), flow charts showing the amount of crude
flowing through the line at this time and estimated
amount of build-up inside the line.
